About these terms
- These terms cover the use of the GTA Cars website and the pre-sale information shown on it. The full terms of any sale, purchase, consignment, part-exchange or finance agreement are set out in the signed contract for that transaction.
Vehicle listings & pricing
- All vehicles are quality pre-owned and sold subject to availability — stock changes daily.
- Prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED). Monthly figures shown as “from AED x/month” are indicative finance examples; the exact amount depends on the bank’s approval, term and down payment.
- Specifications, mileage and photos are provided in good faith from our records. Please confirm the exact details of any vehicle with our team before purchase.
Selling or consigning your car
- Valuations and offers are provided after inspection and are not binding until confirmed in writing.
- You are under no obligation to sell your car to us; selling to us is completely free and entirely up to you.
- On an agreed sale we handle the RTA ownership transfer and required paperwork, and pay you by secure bank transfer.
Finance
- Finance is arranged through leading UAE banks and is subject to their approval, terms and conditions. We coordinate the application; the bank sets the rate and terms.
